Aside from being an aesthetic factor, getting enough sleep can also recharge your immune system.

Some of us avoid being under the heat of the sun in the fear of developing skin diseases and being burnt. The right amount of sunlight every day can actually be a good thing, since exposure to sunshine in the morning helps your body with its calcium absorption. We all know where we need calcium, and we can keep our physical health at its optimum level when we get the right amount of sunshine exposure every day. Getting enough sunshine also helps with our sleeping habits, as well as stimulate the immune system. Needless to say, sunshine can help us keep a good physical health.
