Just like your cell phone battery if you do not full charge it, it will run out of charge sooner. Your physical and mental health suffers for it as your immune system and ability to handle stress weaken.

Have you been drinking?

No, not drinking adult drinks, your body needs water. Water will help your immune system by flushing out toxins and impurities. It also helps your mental health by hydrating your brain and body. When your brain is too low on food, it does not work as well as it should. If you eat junk food then your body suffers with increased weight, cholesterol and other unhealthy responses. Your mind also suffers as it deals with the consequences. Eat healthy and both your body and mind will thank you.

Are you moving?

Get out and walk for 30 minutes a day. Practice yoga or join a fitness club. Even the exercises with the video games that get you up and moving are good for you. The goal is to move for at least 30 minutes a day. If you want to break it up into 10 minute walks at various times during the day, then do it. Exercising is what will keep your blood pumping and help your body and mind grow and relax.
